Are stickers customizable with unique designs?

Yes. You can customize your stickers with unique artwork, logos, text, colors, sizes, shapes, and finishes. Upload your design and use our online preview to check the final appearance and cut line before ordering.

What’s the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut stickers?

Die-cut stickers are cut through both the sticker material and backing paper, creating individual stickers that follow the exact shape of your design.
Kiss-cut stickers are cut through only the sticker layer, leaving the backing intact for easier peeling and handling. Die-cut stickers are ideal for individual designs, while kiss-cut stickers work well for intricate artwork and sticker sheets.

What file format should I use for custom sticker printing?

Vector formats such as AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF provide the sharpest results and allow for precise cut lines. We also accept PSD, PNG, and JPG files. Raster images should be at least 300 DPI at the final print size. For custom-shaped stickers, we recommend using a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.

When will I receive my order?

Standard production takes approximately 4–5 business days, followed by an estimated 7–10 business days for shipping. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Can I order custom stickers in any shape?

Yes. We can cut stickers to follow the exact shape of your artwork. You can also choose standard shapes such as circles, squares, rectangles, and ovals. For the best results, avoid design details smaller than 10 mm and check the cut line using our online preview before placing your order.

What’s the difference between matte and gloss finishes?

Both finishes are durable, waterproof, and laminated for added protection. Gloss has a shiny surface that enhances color and contrast, making it ideal for bold, vibrant designs. Matte has a smooth, non-reflective surface that reduces glare and creates a subtle, premium appearance, making it well suited to logos, text, and minimalist artwork.
