Yes, double-sided printing is available.
If your design includes text, please make sure to provide a separate back-side design file. Otherwise, the text on the back will appear reversed.
For different designs on each side, please submit the front and back artwork on separate layers.

Yes. Most acrylic charms are covered with a clear protective film to prevent scratches during production and shipping.
Please remove the film after receiving your order.
Note: Acrylic charms with epoxy coating do not include protective film.

The standard keychain hole inner diameter is 2.8mm.
For special accessories, the hole inner diameter is 4.2mm.
If you need a custom hole size, please leave a note when placing your order.

The minimum order quantity is 3 pieces.

The artwork is printed in high resolution with vibrant colors.
Each charm is precisely cut, resulting in smooth, clean edges with a natural clear acrylic finish.

We recommend submitting high-resolution PNG, PSD, AI, or PDF files.
For best print results, artwork should be at least 300 DPI.

Due to differences in display screens, materials, and printing processes, slight color variations between the final product and on-screen images are normal.
