Ntellectual Property Policy

FEYSTAR provides custom merchandise production services using designs and files submitted by customers. We respect the intellectual property rights of artists, brands, customers, and other rights holders.

Customer Responsibility

By uploading a design or placing an order, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it commercially.
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• FEYSTAR may process and reproduce the content to complete your order.

Customers are responsible for claims or losses caused by submitting content without the necessary authorization.

Finding an image online, purchasing a digital file, crediting its creator, or editing an existing work does not necessarily grant commercial reproduction rights.

Use of Your Designs

Your designs remain yours. We use uploaded files only as reasonably necessary for artwork review, production, quality control, shipping, after-sales service, and legal compliance.

We will not sell your designs, use them for another customer, or publish them for promotional purposes without your permission.

Prohibited Content

FEYSTAR may refuse or cancel orders containing:

• Unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked content
• Illegal, hateful, threatening, or fraudulent content
• Sexual content involving minors
• Explicit sexual activity or clearly visible genitalia
• Content that violates carrier, customs, payment-provider, or destination-country restrictions

Non-explicit artistic nudity may be reviewed individually.

AI-generated content is accepted only when the customer has the right to use it commercially. It must not unlawfully copy protected characters, brands, artists’ work, or a real person’s identity.

Our Rights

If we reasonably suspect infringement, we may request proof of authorization, pause or cancel production, remove publicly displayed content, or restrict the related account.

Refund eligibility depends on the production stage, costs already incurred, our Refund & Return Policy, and applicable law.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe content used by FEYSTAR infringes your copyright or trademark, email [YOUR IP EMAIL] and provide:

• Your name and contact information
• Proof of ownership or authorization
• The relevant registration number, if available
• The URL, image, screenshot, or order reference involved
• An explanation of the alleged infringement
• Your physical or electronic signature

We aim to acknowledge complete complaints within 2 business days and provide a response or progress update within 10 business days.

FEYSTAR may remove content, pause an order, request additional evidence, or take other appropriate action. Customer information will only be handled or disclosed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
